Afixi believes in quality service and timely delivery of the work. All the application/projects are developed in-house on our development server after extensive analysis, thoughtful discussion and careful planning. Repeated communication to collect client feedback and regular reporting is a part of our best practices. We get the client actively involved during the project work. The client is provided with an external demo url to check the progress of his work.

Our dedicated Testing and QA team ensures that the application is tested for all use cases to ensure quality of service. Once a project is complete in all aspects (this includes development, design and testing) and gets clearance from the QA team, it is delivered to the client. The client here is provided with an interface where he can put his queries, review/feedback and/or maintenance requests (if any) and as a part of our core value, the team gets back to customer query at the earliest possible.

We respect the privacy and security of our clients and so we ensure to protect their intellectual properties and ours as well. To make sure clients, interest is protected from all possible intellectual damages we provide restricted and authorized access to the clients’ projects. We use intranet to record each activity of the members involved in the project and also make all the members sign NDA before taking up the work of any client.

To ensure any of the project details is not leaked to others except the people involved in it, we change the access details in case any team mate quits the project or any alteration in the team happens. The access to the client’s sensitive data is restricted to only couple of trusted senior people in the organisation and which is changed (the client is asked to change) once the project is delivered to the client.
